This is a desk for a tall man that prefers standing to sitting at a desk. The desk was purchased at Staples and shipped to the client. We assembled it in about 1.5 hours. There was concealed damage to the desk so we ordered replacement parts to shipped to the client and when they arrived we returned and installed them

THis was a large project with over 100 pages in the installation guide. As we always do prior to doing an installation we went online and learned what we could about how to assemble this set. We also learned that it is recommended that the set be stained prior to assembly so we did that also. As there were only 2 of us to do the install the labor hours amounted to 25hrs (@$45/hr) plus $145 for the stain and $1350 for the playset. Total for the job was $2620. Customer was very happy with the result!

In this project we had to remove a wall to open the kitchen into the dining/living room. We used White Shaker Kitchen cabinets and Bath Vanities. The kitchen sink, faucet and all door and drawer hardware was sourced from Amazon. The kitchen countertops are Quartz supplied by Cape Granite Express and the tops for the bathroom vanities came from Lowes and Home Depot. This project required us and our partners to remove the wall, paint the entire condo (2 beds & 2 Baths 1340 sf) and install new Bruce Red Oak Flooring before the kitchen and new peninsula (semi island) could be installed.

I removed the old kitchen cabinets and countertop and designed a new layout and an island and supplied and installed the cabinets. I was able to supply the lowest cost cabinets and then also install extras like rollout shelves, trash can and build a bookshelf.

Because was to renew the old cabinets and replace them with new ready to assemble (rta ) cabinets and build an island and then have granite top installed. Project involved moving the dishwasher so that a small spice cabinet could be installed next to it before the stove. Cabinets were sourced from the RTA cabinet store.com because they offer about a 50% cost savings if ordered through Dennis M. Unanticipated problems included removing the old cabinets which were not one piece at a time but rather custom built in large sections.
