DO NOT HIRE! We had a signed contract from Carmen to do septic work back in November. He cashed the deposit check, stopped answered calls, and never completed the work.

Carmen just finished a septic install for a house that I am selling. He was quick to respond when I called him, he worked incredibly fast, worked rapidly with the town for certifications, and was professional and did a really amazing job. I would give him 10 stars if I could- he went above and beyond for this project as we were on a tight timeline. -Megan Zottoli

Do NOT hire. Happy to take our money for Perc test and Septic Plan per Town timeline. Failed to do Perc on time, did not bring Perc report to Board of Health, completely failed to do Septic Plan. Caused us constant problems with Board of Health. Held up sale of house. Refused to reply to cell messages, phone messages, email, text via cell phone and FB private messages. Caused us terrible stress. I went to the Attorney General for determination, Shay was supposed to remit $750 refund to the AG to send on to us BUT he is no longer responding to their Legal Team. The most unprofessional workman I have hired in all my 63 years.
