They put a roof on a friend's home, then my home. She had a leak in the garage shortly thereafter. They said they'd be out to fix it, never showed up, stopped answering her calls. They did not repair it until she filed a claim with BBB. My roof is leaking. JH came out, put white caulk on my black shingles, said he'd return the Tuesday after the 4th of July. I've called, texted, I haven't seen him since. I am now filing with the Better Business Bureau.
