ECI Inspections

As a Licensed NC Residential General Contractor I have the experience and home construction knowledge that I believe gives me more insight into the inspection process. Making mountains out of mole hills isn’t my job. Neither is glossing over important defects found. I have no vested interest one way or the other in your purchasing the home or property, so you will be getting my unbiased opinion of the home as it stands the day of the inspection. If there’s a big problem or big ticket repair required, I’ll treat it as such. If there’s a minor defect, I will report it, but also give the appropriate emphasis as well. It is what it is. The most important thing is for you to have all the information you need to make an informed decision. That is what I do for each and every one of my customers.
