The absolute worst company I have ever seen, and I have had about 7 sprinkler companies before them so I think I am qualified to judge. But hey, don’t take my word on it, just listen to what happened and you decide. First, they informed me about a system I was getting and they even made reference to another system on the market being a piece of junk. Then after I paid, they installed the one that they had been calling junk. When I asked about the one, I was supposed to get I was told the other one was junk. They didn’t just say it lightly in passing, they described the unit in detail, only they added that it was junk at the end of describing it. It was an obvious lie. Ok I let it go. Then they left without properly setting up sprinklers so they watered everything but my lawn; the cars, the neighbor’s yard, the street, the sidewalk, the house, the dog, etc. Then they placed the big sprinkler box in the front yard! Have you ever seen one in a front yard? I haven’t, they are always on the side of a house. They were too cheap to run 15 more feet of PVC pipe and just basically threw it in the front yard. Once they left, I didn’t use sprinkler for almost 6 months due to cold weather. When I finally got around tom using, I had lawn aerated and a line was struck and I had a leak. Every year for 3 years I have lawn aerated and a line is struck because they buried the pvc line 3 inches below top soil. When I called and explained this, they wanted to charge me to come out and repair it and blamed it on company that aerated lawn, even AFTER I explained that the line was buried so close to the top of the lawn. Where they placed the sprinkler heads, wow, a high school kid with a week on the job could have done better. Placed in the oddest places like right in the middle of the lawn or in a flower bed. I have never seen heads placed this way and there are tons of spots that don’t get water as a result. I could go on and on but really what’s the point, if what I typed didn’t convince you then roll the dice and remember you get what you pay for. Of course, you can’t really even use that expression because the crooks were not cheap too!
