1st One Home Inspections

We have a maintenance agreement with Dark Horse and they always call ahead and show up on time. Our AC started leaking yesterday and even though they are super busy someone came out at 7:30 in the evening and fixed our issue. He called ahead and showed up on time in the pouring rain. He also loved on our dogs!

I highly recommend Dark Horse for a home inspection. After a small scheduling misunderstanding he took the time to meet back with me to go through the home. He walked me through his findings in the home explaining any possible problems to be aware of in the future, and I received the detail report the same day. The report was very thorough and the inspector was overall friendly and knowledgeable in his field of work.

This company is the best place to go for any HVAC repair needs. Their technician was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to help and accommodated my HVAC air conditioning repair needs thoroughly. Dark Horse responded quickly and professionally to our request for AC help. We had two AC units completely die at the same time and they came out quickly for a quote and was able to install by the next week. Their office went above and beyond to provide the best customer service we have experienced from a contractor. 10/10 recommend, we look forward to working with them in the future!
