Worst experience of our lives. We had hired C&S construction to build a two car garage with bedrooms and bath upstairs. The owner Michael Waller lied to the building official about the bedrooms and was later fined by the DPOR. They had laid block for one sixteen foot garage door instead of two doors, so they had to replace the block and lay block for two doors, had so much water damage they had to replace the osb that was pulling away from the studs, installed a broken window and never replaced it, I had purchased $30k in James Hardie Siding that they didn’t install correctly (have a copy of a homeowner inspection) so that warranty is void, the beams that support the whole upstairs were never secured, the floor is warped upstairs from water damage. I was so disappointed in their work I had hired another company to install my roof. Please be aware of what your getting. I have several pics and proof. I wish someone would have told me what I was getting into & Im hoping this saves another family from the pain and suffering we’re still going through thanks to Mr. Waller and C&S Construction.
