David Hoskins did a great job repairing the inside of my house after Hurricane Florence damaged it. He was very professional and timely. He wrote up a contract outlining everything that needed to be done. However, the man that he brought with him to work on my heating and air is just the opposite. Chester Sutherland of Chet's Quality Heating & Air Service & Repair only did $1000 worth of the repair and labor of the $2231.75 that I paid him. He charged me for a $360 control board that he never ordered. I had to hire another company to finish the heating and air part of the job. Chester left all the construction trash on my property.
