I had a wonderful experience with this company. I got my floor through lumber liquidators and they were sent to measure and install. The man that measure my floor name was brandon and he was great. He was super helpful on what I needed considering humidity and my pets. When I was ready to install the owner handled scheduling me personally. He handled everything with care and made sure the installers had a large enough window to install but did it hastily so I could get my house back to normal order. My installer Eddie was very professional and he did a wonderful job on my floor. I would highly recommend them. They did a great job and I would use their service again in a heartbeat.

Jim Wagner's crew including his son and installers, especially Shannon, are great to work with. Their communication is prompt, they are professional, craftsmanship is outstanding, and I would recommend them for any job! I had them on a job last fall for our basement, requested them again for our main level. Can't go wrong! Thank you for all of your hard work.

Installation team showed up when they were supposed to and were very professional. Asked me questions about how I wanted the floor laid and told me my options. Jim was very nice and curtious and even showed up to the job to check on progress himself. They moved very fast and did and awesome job. 100% recommend this company. They also do more then just flooring.

Had my flooring down end of 2018, by Wagner’s LLC. They were great absolutely friendly from Brandon the measure guy to the father Jim Wagner (owner of Wagner’s LLC) to their installation crew. I had nail down hardwoods put in I went with a beautiful Brazilian koa 5in planks. They were very professional and super clean, by cutting outside in the rain to Wiping their feet on their way back in and putting down protective cloths throughout my home. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone, great family owned company and great work. Thanks again to their company floors still holding up beautifully they even called me today for my check up I guess after 90 days they do a call back to check and make sure everything’s going good and that the floors are in good shape so I decided to write this review thanks Jim
