Already up to my eyeballs with home related projects this year, the wife convinced me to get help after discovering an area of water damaged siding and trim on the basement level of our cabin. Contacted McCaysville Handyman Services and scheduled an appointment. Wally, a very pleasant guy, arrived on time, assessed the job and identified a start date. To insure all items necessary to complete the project were on hand, I began removing material from the damaged area. Oh Oh!! This project was going to be much more extensive than originally thought! Rain water had been seeping in behind this area of siding for several years and caused extensive damage (rot) to the structural integrity of the cabin. It also invited termites! Contacted Wally and updated him as to what was found and to inquire if the job was now more than he was prepared to handle. He returned, reassessed the project, assured me he could handle it and put together a materials list. The start day arrived, Wally was right on time and immediately went to work. Amazing! In just two days he had the project complete except for the staining. Already have him scheduled for another job and am planning another. Highly Recommended!
