I was called on a SUNDAY by this customer. She asked me to STOP BY & LOOK at the lawn. I have every intention of stopping by & resolving the issue. First of all the lawn is NOT killed - it may have browned out. I will stop Thursday or Friday & look at it. On this day we were training a new employee but I will still take care of the lawn IF it was our fault. I have been in business for over 25 years & have always resolved any issues. This customer has not given us that respect. Upon further inspection, this property has a few brown spots. Nothing is dead as with the rainfall the grass has recovered. We also have scheduled a follow-up this fall & if needed will spot seed at no charge. Customer said ok to check .
