Mike asked for me to write a review if I was happy with his work. I was completely satisfied with Mike's work, his prices, his time schedule. The job went off without a hitch.

Mike did an excellent job waterproofing our basement. We had a severe structural issue and Mike was intelligent on repairing n restructuring our water flow issues. I was told that the lady above had health issues and was not to happy with life. I didn't have a bad experience with Mike Allen at all.

Very unprofessional/crude and sloppy. Went on internet looking for a concrete contractor. HomeAdvisor gave his name. Within minutes he contacted us, came right over and scheduled job for the next morning at 10:30am. Should've figured he wasn't reputable with such an open schedule. Gave deposit that night; he never came til 1:45pm next day. Crew consisted of blonde lady who hosed down dust. He did no prep work; smeared something like concrete over cracks and joints. Ruined our garage floor and refused to return to remedy his mess. Tried contacting this jerk several times and he claimed he'd come the next day but never showed. Bogus address listed here. Registered mail returned. Don't believe reviews on HomeAdvisor or Angie's List.
