This company does not exist Definitely Buyer Beware! This company is without a doubt a scam. The address that is posted for their website links to another company that has no association with them, and their listed business address does not exist. In fact they use several addresses and phone numbers all over Atlanta, all of them bogus. They have been reported to the BBB and to the authorities numerous times over the past two years. JR, their so-called technician will arrive at your home within 24 hours of your call. He will be as nice and pleasant as he can be. He will perform a bogus diagnostic of your appliance, collect a deposit, promise to return to repair the appliance (still smiling), and you will never hear from him or his company again. It is a total scam operation to collect deposits from as many people as possible. Luckily my credit card company reversed the deposit charge for me. I'm usually more careful when dealing with companies that I'm not familiar with. I was in a rush this time, and got scammed. Take care
