Met with Kevin on Saturday, 8/24/19, to discuss repairing a bulging tie retaining wall (approx. 30' long). He stated years of experience in this type of project and gave me a price. Monday, August 26th, Kevin presented a written proposal; I gave him "start" money (half the quoted price) and he proceeded to dig up and pot plants and flowers from the wall. The next day, August 27th, Kevin arrived with Sam, who started digging out the old ties. On Wednesday, the 28th, Kevin arrived with Sam and Eric, delivered some drainage pipe and limestone and continued digging out old ties and dirt; paid Kevin a quarter of the quoted price . Thursday, the 29th, Kevin arrived with Sam and Eric who installed drainage pipe, limestone and first course of replacement treated ties. Friday morning, the30th, Kevin, Sam and Eric began installing deadmen into hill, continuing to replace ties, this time with "untreated" ties. At 11:30, Kevin asked for more money to buy ties (the last quarter of quoted price). They all left and never returned, leaving behind a huge dirt pile, rocks and debris directly in front of my house, a partially constructed wall, with a mix of treated/untreated ties, improperly installed deadmen and dead plants and flowers. I have called Kevin Saturday, the 31st, Monday evening 9/2/19 and twice today, 9/3/19, with no responses. What started out to be a pretty good project and ended poorly! By the way, Kevin's new address is 1705 Lynn Avenue, Turtle Creek, PA. Kevin also has a recorded voicemail at 412-329-6553 (Coraopolis) where you can supposedly leave him a message. This whole experience has left this nice old lady to feel and appear like a complete idiot!

Was suppose to meet this professional at 10:30 am and i called him at 10 am to reconfirm that he was a few minutes away.30 minutes later i then called again and he accuses me of giving him the wrong address when the address is correct on the app, text and project.When he arrived i asked ifi hired him would he be arriving on time and he said screw you .
