Carlos is a very nice guy but he clearly was in over his head on our project. His crew(s) were unprofessional and unproductive. They painted hair, dirt and bugs into finishes . When brought to his attention he apologized profusely and said all would be "made right". It has not and he has refused to work with us on a resolution In addition he placed 2 nails in a water pipe causing multiple thousands of dollars damage. It took us months to get his insurance info and we've been living in a partially finished home for 6 months.
