Applied 2 coats of Sherwin Williams flat color beige. Effect color wash with a diluted darker tone blending and removing to enhance texture. Client installed new granite.

Light master bathroom remodel in Plano Texas Client wanted to keep the hard surfaces and shower, on a budget I was able to transform this room staying on budget. Walls Wallpaper was removed, box light florescent fixture was demoed. Walls were prepared for a hand trowel texture and a subtle color wash resembling an Italian lime paint. I built the inset niche between the his and her sinks to fill the long wall. It was done by cutting a few studs, framing and drywall and finished with Italian plaster. Working with the client we were able transform the master bedroom on a small budget.

Commissioned by a Designer working directly with the homeowner to update the 20 foot foyer. An 18 year old home located in Plano, TX. Scope of Work: Remove Wallpaper Prepare Wall Samples Prepare Ceiling Venetian Plaster Samples Repair Drywall Cracks Inspect ceiling for drywall cracks and repair. Remove portion of sheet rock and replace. Replace sheet rock around 3 gang switch. Tape and Bed Texture walls with a custom embedded hand trowel texture. Paint walls with 2 coats of Interior Latex Acrylic. Apply a lime wash to all walls. Venetian Plaster foyer ceiling Venetian Plaster lower barrel ceiling Venetian Plaster accent above fireplace mantel. My client wanted an warm textured old world wall accented for his Salon. Staying with the same color scheme we accomplished his goal. Project was done after business hours on the weekdays finishing on Sunday. Both sides of the dividing wall and the back accent wall. Walls were smoothed dried overnight. 2nd application I applied a pre bed again after tacking up texture was applied. Primer and 2 coats of paint. A colorwash transparent color was applied and a final toning layer.
