Build Forward Construction

CEO Javier Montalvo has a long, established history of working in the home improvement industry. Javier's enthusiasm for construction, remodeling, and business started at a young age. He gained renovation and construction experience in Florida where Javier purchased homes and supervised remodeling them, provided home inspection services, and completed all the marketing for his business JML Real Estate Services. In Ecuador he designed, remodeled, and became a Restaurant Owner among other things, contributing to his vast experience in business and the construction industry. Most recently, he was with a very established design-build company acting as General Manager in Boston. He attended high school and INDEG Business School in Quito, Ecuador. He really enjoys working with and helping people, which is what drives and motivates him.
