I have been in the remodeling construction, painting real estate business since 1996. I enjoy pleasing my customers and getting the job done on time. Typically the square footage of the job and the preparation of the work is what I focus on in my quotes. I like to have everything spelled out in a contract and will communicate often with the customer to finish the job on time. I do what I say and being honest and dependable is most important to me. I like to focus on work quality throughout the job. I only hire the highest quality craftsmen and would like to expand my customer base as I do this. I am a class A contractor, and I specialize in all phases of home remodeling and improvement. I have over 18 years experience. I started out as a builder in the Navy Construction Battalion, the CBs in1989 and am currently in the boat forces with the U.S. Coast Guard Reserves. I graduated from Benedictine High School in 1979. I have built from scratch or renovated over 50 residential and commercial properties that I have owned but now I like to specialize in the smaller projects, "the little things" most contractors like to avoid.
