Do not use this company. Trust me please! I contacted them in September to fix my hot tub. Completely understood they were busy. They came after about a week- cut a part off said it needed to be replaced. After several weeks of constantly reaching out and no answers I left a review on Facebook,then they wanted to help. Came "fixed" it-fill it- still leaking!! Came back said it's a different part Had ya flip the tub up over 5 weeks ago now nothing. So my new hot tub used 1 season has been sitting empty in this weather. I'm sure it will now be no good. I am absolutely disgusted at what this company has cost us and they could obviously care less!! Well I'll never stop warning people. Don't let it happen to you. I'm not just a disgruntled customer. I have everything saved if anyone feels the need for proof. This is a lot of money and something my family needed and enjoyed that I worked hard for!!
