For this Medford couple we remodeled a bathroom. The old horsehair walls were no good, so we had to take it right down to the studs, hang new board, and plaster. The old tub and surround were pulled. The floor was stripped and some of the plywood underneath was rotted and needed to be replaced. We replaced all fixtures and tiled the floor and shower surround, using the shapes and lines of the tiles to create more depth in the small space. Finally, we added wainscoating before painting, adding some contrast to the darker color chosen by the homeowner and a providing attractive lines to catch the eye

For the Dilley family of Medford we provided a substantial exterior renovation to help them prepare their house for the market. The most crucial aspect was a full replacement of their crumbling 3-tab roof, which we replaced with an attractive architectural shingle. We also installed PVC soffits and aluminum fascia trim for a clean look and easy maintenance. We replaced their outmoded front columns for a more contemporary feel.

For our friend Mark in Rutland, VT, we replaced the roof on his beautiful 9,000 sf home. We used the highest quality, heaviest gauge of standing-seam product available. This project also included custom-shaping the flashing for his chimney and skylights.

For Stan's General Auto Repair of North Billerica, MA, we repaired some major structural damage from an incident where an intoxicated driver actually crashed his car into the building. We built a temporary wall to support the ceiling & enclose the structure, tied a new footing into the foundation wall, installed new LVL beams, installed a steel post, finished the new center wall, and performed all necessary framing for the installation of new garage doors. We also installed new trim & handled a few other details of finish work.
