Monroe Construction

Brian Monroe built a 3,000sf home for me in 2004. He just completed a re-model for me in 2018. I am thrilled with how both projects turned out. I'm very proud and very pleased with how beautiful my home is. I'm grateful that Brian has good working relationships with subcontractors and that in turn benefits me as a consumer, by getting me better pricing on the subs' bids for my project. It is obvious that he is respected by his peers in the industry and they prefer to work with him on his projects. That says a lot about his work. For example, they know that his bids are fair, he will get the work done in a quality manner, and the jobs will be done on time. He is respectful of everyone's time and maximizes efficiency with his staffing. He will not settle for less than perfect! I happen to value that in a contractor. Brian is professional, cost conscious and has an eye for design and dimension. He averted a disaster with my home build in 2004 by a huge mistake that the architect made. Thank you Brian! He also improved that design exponentially! On my more recent remodel, he helped me save money by allowing me to do some of the leg work and shopping for my remodel. He sent me to the best places for the best prices. These places recognized and respected his name. That also says a lot. His crew was actually really nice to work with. They all showed camaraderie with each other which benefits the consumer and aids in the efficient staffing that I mentioned earlier. Besides that, they clean up, sweep and pick up all their trash and debris by the end of each day. I really appreciated how respectful they were of me, my project and my property. I highly recommend Monroe Construction and I only have good things to say. Did I mention that they can do just about everything? They were able to custom-cut my stone countertops right here on my property! They paint, do electrical, finishing carpentry, and pretty much everything else. Big thanks to Monroe Construction!

Brian has done a variety of jobs for us over the years. Some include installing a new bathtub surround with window, fixing water damage to our floor and walls, new siding, painting our house, and repairing our garage door. I have also seen some new construction he has done. It is always very well constructed with great attention to detail and no cut corners. He and his staff are very helpful, courteous, and skilled.

We had Brian Monroe and his crew work for us on several jobs. The largest was a nearly total remodel of a 1920's farm house and mother-in-law addition. He and the crew did an outstanding job. Plus, the price was quite reasonable. They did everything from property clean up to driveway concrete and walkway paths, total kitchen remodels (beautiful), window replacements, and much more. Everyone was very respectable and courteous from Brian to each employee. They were there every day until the job was complete, starting about 7AM and not leaving for the day until their task was complete. A great construction company.
