Personal Bio of Paul W. Winterbottom, CGCS Owner of Premier Irrigation & Landscape Picture Paul has extensive experience in landscape construction, and is well known for his vast knowledge and experience including golf course construction and maintenance. His large scale irrigation installations and land development experience enhances his ability to make every project, large or small, flow smoothly and come in on budget. Paul has a varied background which includes being an automotive mechanic before returning to Oregon State University to get his degree in Horticulture, with an emphasis Turf & Landscape Management. Paul believes strongly in continuing educations, not only for himself, but for his staff as well. Paul is currently a part time instructor and serves on the Board of Directors at Rogue Community College in the Landscape Management program. Paul makes it a point to excel where a lot of other Landscape Contractors fail. He focuses on prompt, courteous service; honest business practices; the desire to provide a valued service; great customer service even after the sale; and probably most important is the ability to FINISH STRONG, which is one of the hardest parts of the landscaping business.
