Don't not buy from Mooreshade4less. If you are firm on buying a Sunsetter awning buy directly from the corporate headquarters or Costco and definitely hire a reliable installer that is not associated with Mooreshade4less. The installation was mess and after 3 attempts the project is still unfinished. During first attempt they never went in the attic to check where the studs were. Hence, the bolts started detaching from the house. We asked for $350 so we could hire someone to complete the install and Laurie Moore refused our request. But they were quick in charging us over $6500. Save your the frustration and don't buy from Mooreshade4less.
