Demo and repaired soffit with hardy board in the front of the house. Paint outside of the home which includes pressure washing and materials and two coats of paint. Painting of interior of the house which includes baseboards, jams, doors, ceilings and walls with three coats. Replacing both bedroom door frames and doors. Parts and labor included. Rebuild sliding laundry room doors parts and labor included. Stove and refrigerator used like new delivery and installed. Paint kitchen cabinets and grout counter tops. Three dome lights and one bathroom light. Tree trimming six crotons plants, ten bags of mulch and ten bags of soil. Outlet covers for interior of the house and window blinds throughout the house parts and labor included. Re screen screens and placed three smoke detectors. Dumpster was included in proposal for removal of trash to clean inside of the home.

Removed two toilets and replaced with new ones. Replaced a faucet in the master bedroom. Kitchen sink faucet replaced. Patched holes in the living room and repaired in the hallway and bedroom. Patched cement blocks on the outside of the home. Replaced two shower heads in each bathroom. Cleaned the home which included all windows, vents, ceiling fans, floors, cabinets , bathrooms and kitchen. Removed old refrigerator and replaced with new one. Parts and labor were included.
