Rodney Gunder Plastering

Rodney Gunder took very good care of me for a reasonable price. His crew removed an old concrete foundation, cemented block to seal a hole in the wall and then stuccoed for a fine finish. Best of all is that Leroy and Robert cleaned up afterwards. They were professional and courteous. I highly recommend Rodney Gunder.

Hired Rodney on June 5th to repair cracks and holes in the stucco around the entire house (968 sq feet), remove wall A/C unit and repair the interior and exterior wall from the removal of the unit, repair back door steps, and paint the exterior of the house entire house. First he ask for a deposit for supplies, that was mistake number one. He would drop off one of his workers all day with no food or transportation . Two guys came and just scribbled mud on the wall. No repair work was done. Then about a three weeks later he dropped off another guy. This was the painter. He started to paint without even pressure cleaning the house until I called him. And he said he thought the rain would take care of it. Three days go by and he drops another guy off with a pressure washer. The pressure washer broke and I had to take it to the shop in my BMW in order to try to get this project started. Then he asked me if I can take it back in my BMW to the rental company. So finally I was getting the house painted. Two more days passed, and he started on the steps. Well the steps just had a very low drop on the first step. So he did the steps, but now 2 steps are ok and the third step is a 1/2 of a step. Material was not the problem, because he left a big mess in the back yard with cement. It was now in July and all the work was not yet completed. I had to get one of his workers to complete the painting. And then I had to let him go, but I paid him also. I discussed this with Mr. Rodney and he got a little irate and started to scrape down on the stucco, but it did nothing for the stucco. The only thing he did right, was taking out the A/C unit. But I did pay him, because I was tired of arguing with him and his workers needed to get paid, And that's another story. Every time I think about I paid him for a very very lousy job. He does not deserve to be rated. 0000000
