There are not enough words to express my gratitude and praise for Eddie Saunders and his entire Team at Flip Flop Cabinet & Tile Creations, Inc.! Initially, I was looking to do a small bathroom renovation in our primary bathroom. I called countless local businesses, general contractors, and handymen. Eddie was legit the only one who promptly returned my call, quickly scheduled me in for a free consultation, and get back to me with a quote. In addition, he was one of the few people who came out who was actually friendly, courteous, HONEST, and professional. That's a combination of traits that are VERY hard to find these days. Truthfully, I was sold on Eddie alone; but his fair pricing, skilled Team of employees, and years of experience and knowledge confirmed my choice. Travis and Ethan renovated my primary bathroom and exceeded my expectations in doing so! Eddie made the entire process SO easy, guiding me the whole way through with outstanding recommendations and answers to my many, MANY questions along the way. Eddie helped take the vision I had in my mind and turn it into a process for Travis and Ethan to create. They turned my small, dark, old stall shower into a 2nd closet (so we now have a "his & hers" closet); they turned my dusty, unused garden tub into a gorgeous, large tiled walk-in shower with the most beautiful tile details in the floor and niche; they re-tiled the entire bathroom floor; replaced my bathroom vanity; and more! Travis and Ethan were fantastic to work with! Again, they both composed all the traits you'd be lucky to find in hiring someone to work in your home. They were always prompt, reliable, efficient, and careful in their work. It's obvious they take great pride in what they do - and rightfully so! In addition, they were friendly and professional and completely trustworthy. I felt 100% comfortable allowing them access inside my home even if I wasn't there. After such an outstanding experience with Eddie and his Team on my primary bathroom, I continued to hire them for a few other jobs. Vince and Nick beautifully installed backsplashes in my kitchen and guest bathroom. Travis came out again to install a plank ceiling on my patio. And there were a few other smaller projects I hired Eddie and his Team to help with as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Eddie Saunders and his Team at Flip Flop Cabinet & Tile! I will never again use another contractor.

We recently had Flip Flop remodel our bathroom. From start to finish the customer service we received was top notch. The quality of the work that Vince and his team provided was superior. Company was a referral from family friend, company promised work to be done in timely fashion. Gave check in July for 10K, cabinet to be ordered didnt install until December. Check was cashed in August, recieved estimates on multiple jobs but never recieved receipts that I requested or cost of individualized work, was toldndont worry about we will figure it out. Didn't receive completed cabinets we wanted, no knobs/handles on cabinets, no back splash as promised. I had all supplies i bought in garage and things were taken put like base boards without finished work also drywall was taken by workers without informing me. Paint job was unprofessional, nails left in and patch work visible under new Sherwin William's paint, no texturizing....still baseboards missing. List is too long to list. Communication with Boss was sporadic and 2nd in command Vince was left with informing us on cabinet situation etc. I was informed from staff that there are too many jobs open and confusion on cabinets etc are because of workers going to bigger jobs and not knowing where they are going. I have verbalized my frustration and was always told it will be taken care of....bathroom was completed but now grout has hole in it, plumbing busted on vanity had to fix, paint job was unprofessional and I had to fix paint job myself throughout house...have to hire someone else to finish job.
