Kuzak Roof Maintenance

I was very pleased with the work performed by Kuzak Roofing on my leaky roof. Being a General Contractor for a number of years myself I appreciated the excellent workmanship and attention to detail that the average person might not have seen. Bill and Jim brought to my attention a problem with my fireplace chase that could have been ignored or covered up by other roofing companies. Because of Bill and Jim’s desire to go beyond just doing a good job they saved me a lot of money and future repairs on the fireplace chase. Workmanship was excellent! Work was performed in a timely and prompt fashion! Cleanup was very impressive! The desire to achieve customer satisfaction was outstanding! ADDITIONAL COMMENT: After a hurricane, you cannot find a roofer that will work on a small roof repair job because they spend all their time on the big high dollar jobs and ignore the smaller repair jobs. The small repairs are just as important to the individual with a leaky roof as the person who needs a whole roof replaced. That was NOT the case with Kuzak Roofing! After contacting Frank the owner, the job was completed the next week. Roofers apparently fail to recognize their customers have long memories and we don’t forget how we have been treated and ignored when we ask a company to come and help us repair our roof!
