RALPH CARPENTER ROOFING is a fine example of GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE followed up with experienced workmanship. William listened to my concerns and made everything work wonderfully. His foreman, SANTIAGO, did a good job of overseeing his employees and his attention to detail was much appreciated. All the workers were courteous and quiet. Too bad other companies don't provide the same level of customer service and professionalism. Thank you! My new roof is perfect!!
