Sun Coast Roofing Cocoa

This house has had two new roofs in the last 10 years, each ending with interior ceiling leaks. This time I had a house inspection, primarily for the a roof. The inspector could not find any evidence of a leak but did think a spot of insulation felt damp. Then I called the company who originally put the 2nd roof on (with warranty). He came out and he too could not see any leaking in the attic but said he would send out someone to "crawl up their" and see what they could find. Long story short, I called SunCoast for a second opinion. Chris from Sun Coast Roofing took one look in the attic and without getting off the ladder was able to tell me what was wrong. It appeared that the wood slats were too far apart allowing shingles to be nailed into insecure areas. After the shingles were removed there was evidence of some rotting wood. Thats the best I can do as far as explaining this as a novice in the field of roofing. I am so happy right now! This unexplained roof situation has been going on for a long time and it is finally fixed! Sun Coast Roofing has a 5 star rating with me. I just can't thank them enough. They also provided me with a lot of pictures which helped me to understand what was going on without me being on the roof.

I chose Sun Cost Roofers to install my new shingles. Their price was competitive and I was impressed with the materials they used. Everyone from Sun Coast was professional and very easy to work with. The men that installed the shingles worked like a well oiled machine. They were fast and efficient and gave me a beautiful new roof. It is important to know that they are approved by GAF as an installer and there for I got a great warranty from both Sun Coast and GAF. After the roof was installed I had a leak between the house and the Florida room. Sun Coast came back promptly and fixed the issue. Sun Coast is top of the line, I highly recommend them.

Sun Coast Roofers installed a new roof for me in March. They were competitive in price but I liked the quality of materials they use over other roofers. They are very easy to work with and are very professional. The crew worked liked a well oiled machine. They didn't waste a second. They were amazing. I had a problem with the lanai leaking after the new roof, and Chris very promptly took care of it. These people are great. I wish all businesses were this good.
