I recently decided to update my master bath. Steve met with me and walked me through the process. He designed a plan to fit my needs and budget. I would highly recommend Legacy Home Plans to anyone who wants good honest work! I will be a returning customer.

Easiest 5 stars I ever gave. How often can you say it was a pleasure ? Steve and his staff transformed a stock plan of theirs into a much larger home with my thoughts and modifcations with no hassles, when promised and with professionalism and great concern for the look of the final product. I couldn't be happier with the final result. I would highly recommend Legacy Home Plans. I am one happy client !

My husband had a very custom Modern home plan in mind. We looked through all of the online plans, contacted local architects and even tried to design it ourselves with software we purchased. Nothing was working for him. I found Steve through an online search but my husband was hesitant to use him because he wasn't comfortable working with Steve remotely. As fate would have it, Steve and his family came to our city to visit other family members. They were gracious enough to come to our property and meet with my husband. They clicked immediately and my husband finally found someone that understood his vision for this house. After a few more video conferences and phone calls, we've since gotten completed plans as well as beautiful renderings of what the finished house will look like. Trust me...don't let any remote collaboration deter you from using this talented architect! It is definitely time and money well spent.

I had Steve and crew draw up a custom 3 Car Garage. Steve was very helpful and very responsive. My garage plan was delivered in about 3 weeks, and I am completely satisfied. I will use them again if the need arises. Great job Steve.
