  | Siding Repair | Sep 2015 | This project consisted of removal of rotten siding and replace with new. However after taking the siding off we learned that there was more damage behind the siding. The original estimate was for $600 due to the rotten studs and plates in the wall this caused the estimate to go up. We had to take a Navy remedy for wood rot to stop further damage of the good wood in the wall and floor. We added 2x4 studs to each stud that was damaged by rot. Added not 1 but 2 moisture barriers and sealed the new siding to prevent water from being trapped behind the siding. | $1k | Memphis, TN |
  | Bob Ownes House in Memphis | Nov 2014 | This project was an insurance preventive maintenance on a chimney box 2'x5'x16' The original estimate was to replace all the hardie plank around the chimney box with 1 caveat that the price would change if the material under the siding needed to be replaced. It turned that it needed to be replaced and we added OSB for stronger and longer lasting material. This brought the final project to $2000. All of our estimates are with material included into the price. We were able to save Bob Owens $1500 in cost over other contractors and still do the same professional work. | $2k | Memphis, TN |
