Snyder Services Plumbing Co

This is a horrible company. For starters the job should have only taken 1 week but they took a month. When the job was completed they left a huge pile of debris on our porch and advised that they would be picking it up the next day. We were with Homeserve which paid a portion of the claim and our homeowners picked up the balance. We received the check from our homeowners and I had it in my purse as they were not getting it until they picked up their mess since I knew they would not show back up when they received the check. The owner came by our home, I was not there and had the check, and my husband was there. The owner, Larry, started yelling and cursing loudly at my husband wanting his money. My husband advised that he was not getting it until they picked up there mess and advised him, with hand on his gun which is how irate this man was, to leave our property before the law was called. The owner, Larry, came back the next day demanding it again, cursing and yelling. My husband advised him the same. The next day they came with 3 trucks and one was stuck in our year in which another had to pull him out which left ruts in our yard. My mom, dad and daughter witnessed this. The owner, Larry, and his wife, Lisa, were calling my parents liars that there was not any ruts. These people are desperate for their money which is scary in itself. I advised his wife, Lisa, that I did not appreciate my parents being called liars as they have nothing to lie about. They are in their mid 70's and great people. The owners wife, Lisa, met me at my workplace to pick up the check, which is a desperate act to show up at someones workplace, and advised that she would put the $200.00 check in the mail to us for the tearing up of our yard but we have yet to receive it. The owners wife, Lisa, also during all of this kept threatening to call their attorney in which I was a paralegal for 20 years and am about to file a lawsuit against them for the yard as well as the harrassment. Check into that at this time. PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE OWNER'S WIFE, LISA, ADVISED THAT A FEW MONTHS AGO THE OWNER, LARRY, HAD A STROKE AND IS PRETTY MUCH LOSING HIS MIND. THEY ARE LIARS AND HAVE VERY SERIOUS ISSUES. BE PRE-WARNED - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
