AirSouth Cooling and Heating

It's become a yearly ritual for my old air conditioner unit to go out as soon as it gets hot. Based on previous experience, I was expecting to have a difficult time finding an HVAC professional in a timely matter. A friend suggested porch.com, so I gave it a shot. I was extremely surprised to see that AirSouth contacted me within 30 minutes of my post, on a Sunday, the day before the 4th of July. I spoke with an extremely pleasant lady whose name I failed to record. She was very professional, and she arranged for someone to come out first thing the next morning. As promised, an HVAC technician named James arrived the next morning. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He eagerly answered all of my questions, and he helped me to understand more about how an HVAC system works. He explained the problems and limitations of my current system, and he gave me information about what needs to be done when I get ready to purchase a new system. James was able to give me a rough estimate on the cost of a new system, and he presented the information without seeming like a pushy salesman. Most importantly, he got our 20+ year old unit back to cooling. I would not hesitate to hire AirSouth again, and I would request to have James do the work.
