I can see why Rick is so busy. He's professional. Clean cut. Does the most thorough, efficient job on every task I needed done in my home. He was so polite and a genuine guy. I hired a plumber years ago to fix my toilet from running and wasting water. He replaced the assembly INSIDE the tank and I thought that's all you did to a toilet. Well, my second toilet was running now, so I tend to higher smaller businesses than larger ones. I'm glad I waited for Rick to call me back a day later. It was worth it. He literally took apart both toilet tanks, cleaned them out and dried them and replaced EVERYTHING! He fixed BOTH leaking outside spigots that two other contractors broke, and he changed out an old shower head for a new one and fixed my other leaking shower. Wow! Great price, too. Oh, he also changed out my leaking kitchen faucet that I loved, but he told me you only want to buy a faucet with a CERAMIC valve or inside something or other, not plastic. My old $300 faucet was awesome and beautiful but it wouldn't stop leaking because after 5 years, that gasket thing was toast. He installed the new one I bought and it works great. I highly recommend Rick and will call him anytime another leak "pops up," but I'm hoping I'm leak free for now, although contractors installing new cabinets just told me the sink valves in the laundry room needed to be replaced cause they were just leaking. Ugh. 13.5-year old home and the builder put in the cheapest stuff. Time to call Rick again!

Rick was on time, experienced with the install, brought the right resources and very pleasant. He followed up to make sure we were fully satisfied. I plan to use him again.

Front door break in repair | Jan 2014 | Replace entry door jamb section due to door kicked in. Door jambs are generally made of scrap pine, which is not very strong. I remove and replace the damaged section with top grade Douglas fir, which is very strong. It is then anchored directly to the door opening stud for a good solid repair. Finally, after the door is checked and aligned, the section is matched with catalyzed polyester filler, and sanded and painted to match. The result is a repair that is undetectable, and stronger than new, and does not interfere with where door jamb meets flooring, drywall or outside stucco. It Looks like new! | $240 | Hemet, CA | |
