I hired this agency after seeing good reviews. One person named George contacted me. He cancelled the first appointment at the last minute. But I decided to work with them as I already promised. After the project was started this person(George) started to mislead me by providing wrong information and refused to do the work which was already promised. He started demanding for more money and threatened to discontinue the project if not paid. I had no other option to pay more to complete the project as the house was in a mess. The project which was supposed to be completed in two days, got completed in 4 days. They left the work site without working for full day. I spent $3k more than the initial budget. The project was substandard as the materials they used was not of good quality. Also they damaged furnitures during work. There was dishonesty, lack of professionalism which caused financial loss and personal suffering. I will not recommend this agency.
