Unprofessional unethical business conduct. I have contacted Jeffrey for residential survey. After he has submitted survey proposal, he literally disappeared. Tried to contact him multiple times on the phone and email, no response... Also he removed his low yelp ratings as FYI, which might be related to his similar historial behavior to other customers.
