We have used Par Five construction several times over the course of a few years. John has retextured, painted, put up a new fence, placed new doors and frames up, and remodeled our kitchen. John Love is a skilled home-maintenance person with experience in all major areas of repair. He is straightforward and is an individual who will tell you exactly what needs to be done, what your options are, and what it will realistically cost. His work is excellent and the prices are very competitive. I have plans to employ him for future projects.

  | Various apt. concrete deck and sidewalk repair | Feb 2015 | I have been busy since January removing and repouring concrete decks and sidewalks for a commercial customer of mine. On the sidewalks and deck at one complex I had to match the existing aggregate. On another I gave a broom finish and on another I matched a smooth trowel finish. | $12k | Merced, CA |
  | 1940 house/ kitchen tile | Nov 2014 | actually 2 projects within a year of each other. The floor is travertine applied in a pinwheel design. The counters are empador marble with glass and stone mosaic. On the marble I bullnozed and polished the edges myself which was more difficult than say a granite because it is more porous and easily breakable but with great care and patience I finally got it done and it turned out great. Owners next project will be refacing cabinets to shaker style to try and update with also staying period correct. | $5k | Merced, CA |
