What a shame that people like Michael Winney can stay in business with crappy customer service, unreliable work, contractors working under him who are embarrassed by his business practices and an unethical approach to finishing a job well. We worked with Michael on a small project that went fine. The minute we expanded the project to something bigger he lost all of our confidence. His mismanagement of the project cost us money (we had to stay in AirBnBs for two extra weeks- while he sent us texts with selfies of his east coast vacation, we had to hire someone to undo poor work and re-do a bathroom project ETC) and headache after headache. Even when we wanted to have a closing conversation about why were so disappointed in the serve work, he didn't show up for our scheduled call. If could give ZERO stars I would. There are tons of reliable, reasonable and principled contractors out there. Don't spend your money here.

Michael with Nine Inc. Recently did a kitchen remodel as well as a entire new floor. His quality and professionalism is above and beyond any contractor I have ever worked with. It started with a small issue my wife found on a Saturday morning before my daughters birthday party. I called Michael and he had guys here the next day on a Sunday and had the cause of the leak fixed and started the remodel process. In no time we had an entire new kitchen as well as flooring. He met and exceeded all of our expectations and was seemless between him and his employees. I have recommended to several friends and has continued the quality and professionalism top notch. He will be back very soon rebuilding a porch as well as replacing a front door and windows in our home.

Over the 2016 July 4th holiday, we had a negligent house sitter. Dogs were left inside and neglected, so they had accidents all over for a period of days. NINE Inc. came in and replaced the floors within three days of me calling them! I love my new floors and have not had any issue with them since!

Hired Nine Inc for a complete gut remodel of my kitchen, master bath and a refresh on the powder room. Michael and his crew did an outstanding job! they are amazing to work with, charge more than fairly and are good people, which is important to me. I have nothing that words of praise for Nine!
