The owners of this home wanted to connect to existing rooms of their home by knocking out a wall and creating more open space as the current home had lots of walls. This wall was both structurally supporting the floor joist above, which was the master bedroom, but also it had significant amounts of speaker wiring, electrical wiring, plumbing, and HVAC ducting...much of this supplying the upper master bedroom suite area. We placed a beam in to support the floor above, built columns to accommodate new HVAC and plumbing chase and did a fair amount of rewiring to include placing existing speaker, coax and network wiring in one of the columns which has the TV mounted to it, for future use.

On this project the owners wanted to replace the existing two level deck which had been part of the house for over 20 years. MD Fletcher LLC deconstructed the existing 500 square foot deck. Then we designed and built a 707 square foot with benches surrounding the perimeter, including a custom drain system for the existing rain gutter system, additional connections for the bbq grill, and a custom tree well to keep the existing tree in its location. The owners were estatic at the results and have and will continue to utilize this outdoor space as an extension if the kitchen, dining room and family room/breakfast nook. The deck surface, skirt board and bench materials were a great color from Trex Transcend line, Island Mist.

A 203k remodel project of an existing home with acreage in the Emmett, Idaho area. This project included a full roof replacement, siding replacement in various sections around the house, a partial remodel to the kitchen which included retrofitting a new range hood vent over a still in the package 1970 era drop in range which the homeowner found. Kitchen, nook and dining room as well as hallway and kitchen bar flooring was replaced, a bathroom and laundry area remodeled, new carpet throughout the home and new paint inside and out finished off the project.
