He did a thorough job but charged more than I believe was correct. He gave an estimate and stayed a shorter time and did not need to do some of the work or need as much supply as in the estimate but still charged for the full estimate. If you do not mind paying full price of the estimate, he was pleasant, on time, tidy and complete. And he seemed to know his business.
