Watch out for these people. They are the same people who own Treasure Valley Rental Management, which is one of, if not the worst, property management company EVER. Do a quick Google search and read the reviews for the property management company they own, they are domestic terrorists, and will extort money from anyone, probably their own grandmother. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these crooks.
