Perx Pest Control

As always, Perx Pest Control can be totally relied upon to handle issues that arise in between their quarterly service. This time we had issues in our backyard and Jonathan responded and put us on the schedule the next day. Steven was the technician and was great in providing service and in taking the time to give us more info on related subjects. Definitely 5+ service. Thanks again Perx!

Promised many things, didn't deliver. They didn't take care of problems in our yard. Didn't even spray yard, only the foundation of house. Had several conversations with the owner, but no satisfaction, so we cancelled their service, or tried to. Owner slapped us with a $150 fee for cancelling the contract when he was the one in breach of conract.
