In 1990 Laurence Carolan ventured out in his own business installing windows and doors as well as basic interior remodeling. Today, The House of Laurence is a leading professional Contracting and Remodeling Company servicing all of Long Island and New York City. For Laurence, superior customer service and continued client satisfaction is always his first priority. As a testimony to this, The House of Laurence not only has several of the same customers from the early nineties, but we now work for their children and grandchildren. Laurence believes in staying abreast of education and certification in the Remodeling Industry in order to provide clients with the latest in technology, design and efficiency. Laurence Carolan is the first National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Certified Green Professional in New York State and will soon beginning course work to achieve his Certified Remodeler designation. Laurence also believes in giving back to the community. He offers volunteer services on a regular basis at Rebuilding Together, donates supplies to Habitat Restore and works with local food banks to help those in need in the community. He is also on Several committees (including vice-chair of Education) at NARI LI/NYC
