Service Doctor Remodeling & Design was created in 1997 and is locally owned and operated. It’s owners, Randy Ralls and John Reittinger, work on the jobsite each and every day, and our experienced employees are trained in all aspects of remodeling to provide consistent, on-time and quality installations and improvements to your home or business. We are committed to providing the best value in service, quality and price to each and every project we do. Our goal at Service Doctor is to provide excellent customer service. This includes every step of the remodeling process. We train our employees in all aspects of home care protection. Over 75% of our business comes from either repeat customers or referrals, and we appreciate the value of maintaining a happy customer. Service Doctor is unique from the competition. All equipment, tools and vehicles used are company-owned, all technicians are in-house employees, and any specialty services are provided by well-established, long-term partners. In addition, our showroom, warehouse, and shopping center are all owned and operated by Service Doctor. By owning our own buildings, we are able to control our overhead to provide you with competitive prices and guarantees you can count on.
