John Bauer came and cleaned our carpets, and in the process he ripped a five inch area of our bedroom carpet. When I called to try and resolve the issue, John refused to come out to see the rip, denied having anything to do with the rip, and refused to give even a partial refund. I was nothing but nice to him on the phone, and he still refused to take any kind of responsibility for his poor business practice. His method of operating a business is irresponsible to say the least.
