I performed a couple different stages of work for the homeowners on their vacation/rental home. We converted the garage to a multi-use room they've been able to enjoy for large family and neighborhood gatherings. For the other phase of work, we gutted the master bathroom, converting the fiberglass tub enclosure into a walk-in stand-up shower with hinged glass door, removed the water-closet barrier and door, framed up a knee-wall, and installed all new fixtures, drywall, flooring, texture, added new lights, etc. We also removed the popcorn and re-textured the bedroom ceiling as part of a facelift to match the bathroom.

Homeowner had recently purchased the home as an investment for retirement. The interior was dated, and they wanted a more open feel. We gutted most of the downstairs, removed interior walls, and did a total overhaul/update to the cabinets, counter tops, floors, walls, fixtures, new paint, trim, etc.

Changed the layout and placement of Bathroom fixtures, moved the bedroom wall out a few feet to allow for larger closet/storage space as well as bedroom area. We also added a French door in rear-facing exterior wall opening up to the pool area providing a nice view of the back yard and water. Custom-designed vanity with linen towers and stone top.

A homeowner wanted to add a durable, textured finish to his patio deck. We prepped the slab, laid out a grout pattern design that was similar to the tile inside the home, and applied the textured overlay with a color tint (over a base skim coat).

Completed land clearing, site work, foundation, and shell construction for a new home on the beach in Indian River County. The house is solid concrete floors, walls, and roof. We used Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) for the walls and decking.

Completed the build out on a unit in the Merritt Square Mall for a new store. The space had been vacant for about a decade so we gutted the space and built it back anew with higher ceilings and a new layout design.
