Well the owner came out to give me a quote on a shower re-do. He was nice enough this was on a Thursday he said he would possibly have a quote for me on friday or the latest Monday. Monday comes around no quote. Called the office no one answered left a message. No-one returned my call. Left a message on Tuesday still nothing. Wednesday came around they finally answered the phone asked where my quote was. She said someone was out of town and he had to finish the quote. A phone call would have been nice to tell me that on Monday instead they just didnt do anything. Not very good customer service if you ask me. A quote should not take that long . If this in any indication how things will go with the project I would pass on this company. It is thursday mid day and i was promised a quote wednesday and it still is not here. The owner said in his video that he was high on customer service.. I dont think so.. Not happy in Gilbert ---- Robert

They were great! The wife was so sympathetic to the pickle we were in, she just totally reassured me and calmed me down. Greg came over the next day and I want able to meet with him since I had a prior appointment but my mom showed him out problem and she said she felt totally confident and calm with using him over some of the other Crack pot contractors that came from other companies that came from porch by far. They were able to schedule our subfloor to be replaced 2 days later just in time for the cabinets that were being installed by Lowe's (wish I would have known about Rough 'n Ready before I choose Lowe's). Upon arrival, the 2 gentlemen were on time & called me in advanced to tell me they were almost there. All I did was show theme where the door needed replaced and the materials we had already purchased and they knew exactly what to do. They even had extra supplies in hand in case they needed more as well as some nails and different screws since I had purchased the wrong screw. Even had leftover lumber we could return! They stayed at work the entire time and I was so glad I didn't have to babysit them like I had other contractors in the past. I will be using Rough 'n Ready on all my jobs in the future! Thanks for such a great job!

I'll start with the good first...Jorge, their tile guy was awesome! Our bathroom looks great and Jorge and Armondo were professional and helpful at every step. We are very pleased with the finished product but......... BAD...Greg, the owner, visited our home in late October and gave us a very reasonable quote. Told us it would take about 4 weeks to complete. Work started early November for two days and then we had to wait a week and half before they sent guys again. Greg blamed his wife for starting early as they weren't ready to begin. Was not told that at the beginning and they even blamed us for being anxious to get going. Once we complained to Greg about the slow process, we never saw him again and he was our contractor!!!! We paid 50% up front and when we questioned paying more w less than 50% complete they actually sent in papers to put a lien on us! Our bathroom was finally finished the end of January! Would NOT hire Greg again!

Working with Arizona Rough N ready was a good experience. The quote was much better than from the 1st company I contacted, which made me trust them more from the beginning. A lower quote than a competitor makes the customer feel like the company won't rip people off. Two totally different projects were taken care of by AZ Rough N Ready. Both projects were done very well and with good attitudes. No problems at all. I am glad to recommend them. I liked dealing with Charity who answers the phone and schedules, and even Becky in billing is nice. If billing is nice, the company must be a happy place!
