Edge Hardwood flooring started out great. Contacted me promptly and made an appointment to meet me at the property my company manages. Scott was friendly and cordial, assured me after seeing the damage that needed repair, that he could either replace the damaged wood pieces, repair the damage or replace the flooring as a last result. He was given the only two pieces of wood samples that we had. He indicated he would need a week to figure out the best solution. It has now been over five weeks since our meeting. I have called, left messages, sent texts and emails to no avail. It has now been over five weeks and Scott refuses to communicate with me at all nor return the only two samples I had so that I can have another contractor do the job. I would never recommend Edge Hardwood Flooring, no integrity and their lack of communication and customer service is horrid.
