On a Thursday morning he said he would come out to provide a quote on Friday noon. Friday 12:30pm he wasn't there and he didn't call. I sent him a text and he said he had workers call in sick could he reschedule for 4:30pm. I said ok. At 5pm he didn't show and he didn't call. I sent him a text asking his ETA. I got no response. At that point I said to myself this is a sign to NOT use this contractor.
