Great service. We needed a new garbage disposal and Sebastian did a wonderful job. He was excellent, came on time, professional, and most importantly very honest. We will recommend this company to friends and family and Definitely use again for any plumbing need.

I sent a job request to replace my leaking faucet on a Sunday night. James Armstrong Plumbing sent Sebastian over the next day! He arrived ahead of time. He was very patient answering my questions and troubleshooting the issue. He get the parts I need and finished the job with a smile. I would recommend Sebastian and the company for a speedy resolution.

We had an emergency leak - called James Armstrong Plumbing. Office personnel was helpful and calm when I was not so calm. Laticia was able to schedule a plumber quickly to relieve my stress. Very thoughtful and understanding. Sebastian called before he arrived. Was very informative and caring. Diagnosed the problem and walked me through our options. He was also very thoughtful. I am grateful they came out and stopped the leak and put a "fix" plan down on an estimate so we can review for our next step.

This is the third time we have used James Armstrong Plumbing and we are so pleased with their service. We had Sebastian come down and install our water softener. He worked very hard and did an amazing job. He is very respectful and courteous. If you want the job done right give them a call.
